Description

You will lead a team of Application Engineers in the Americas to drive pre-sales success, channel enablement, and technical marketing for Markforged's industrial 3D printing solutions. You'll shape strategy, develop team skills, and build metrics to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years management experience in fast-paced environment
• 3+ years technical pre-sales experience in SaaS or industrial/capital equipment
• Organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestic; strong preference for Waltham, MA

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-8 Commercial Application Engineers and 1-2 Associate Application Engineers in the Americas
• Develop strategy for effective use of Application Engineers (pre-sales, channel enablement, technical marketing, internal value-add)
• Breed technical pre-sales skills like effective presentation and achieving technical wins
• Identify and develop channel enablement assets; train and support channel partners
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure impact on bottom-line and top-line growth
