💼 About This Role

You'll join the Langfuse team to build growth experiments that drive adoption of our open-source LLM observability platform. Your work directly impacts top-of-funnel, activation, and expansion metrics. You'll have the autonomy to run big bets and shape outcomes using real user data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain data stack (Posthog, BigQuery, DBT, Metabase) for user behavior insights
• Ship onboarding improvements and experiment with signup flows
• Build growth loops like Langfuse Wrapped or public prompt library
• Integrate with hot topics (e.g., OpenClaw) and write about it

📋 Requirements

• Drive to learn fresh things and experiment on many topics
• A hang for business and product-led growth vision
• Experience in full-stack development (FE and BE)
• SQL skills for analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with devtools / OSS ecosystems and developer-centric GTM
• Taste for UX / Design
• Familiarity with AI/LLM Engineering
