🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview, select, onboard, and train a team of Customer Advocates
• Provide feedback, performance check-ins, and goal setting for development
• Generate and monitor regular reports and present to upper management
• Step in to wash cars, deliver vehicles, and resolve customer issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvement

• Experience with Salesforce or Tableau
• Experience handling logistics
