💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct mental health services to students in special and general education at an elementary charter school. You'll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy. You'll also collaborate with school staff, coach teachers on trauma-informed practices, and lead crisis intervention and professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create treatment plans and goals for ERMHS services
• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services
• Lead crisis intervention and safety planning
• Participate in IEP, SST, and MTSS meetings

📋 Requirements

• Valid license or associate registration in social work, MFT, clinical counseling, psychology, or school counseling (PPS credential)
• At least 1 year of school-based mental health experience
• Familiarity with special education, IEPs, and ERMHS
• Valid California driver's license and willingness to travel

✨ Nice to Have

• PPS Credential in School Social Work or School Counseling
• Experience with elementary students and disabilities (learning, emotional, autism)
• Familiarity with MTSS, restorative practices, and trauma-informed education
