Tech Stack

Description

You will lead technical datacenter projects from definition through completion, developing implementation procedures and guiding both internal and subcontracted teams. You'll work in a hybrid capacity (approximately 40% remote, 60% onsite) and travel up to 80% as required for client projects.

Requirements

• Strong background in data center routing and switching, LAN/WAN communications, and structured cabling
• Experience in technical project management and leading implementation projects
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work evening/weekend hours as needed
• Must be based in the United States and have an active passport
• Organized, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and design installation and testing procedures for client technical projects
• Provide project documentation and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for onsite and remote teams
• Communicate with clients to maintain relationships and meet project goals
• Mentor, teach and manage internal resources to successful project outcomes
• Escalate risks appropriately and support remediation efforts
