Description

You will design and configure complex product bundles, pricing logic, and quoting workflows using the ServiceNow CPQ platform. This role involves scripting advanced logic, managing integrations with ERP systems, and ensuring high performance for large quotes, directly enabling automated and error-free quoting experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of low code cloud-based SaaS platform development experience
• At least 2 years focused on Configure Price Quote, Order Management, or Revenue Operations
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Glide API), HTML/CSS, JSON, Decision Tables, Flow Designer, REST API, Integration Hub
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS - CSM, CPQ Micro Certification) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and configure complex product bundles with nested options and dependencies in ServiceNow Product Catalog
• Build and maintain pricing logic including volume-based discounting, tiered pricing, and multi-currency support
• Develop UI logic for configuration wizard and quote templates using Omni-Channel Document Generation
• Build end-to-end workflows in Flow Designer to manage quote approval lifecycle
• Manage integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) via Integration Hub
