You'll build autonomous AI agents for customer support on a unified platform orchestrating human and AI collaboration at companies like Canva and Etsy. Your work will directly impact how support teams deliver faster, smarter service. You'll tackle cutting-edge challenges scaling LLMs and improving RAG systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build product features like LLM-powered translation and intelligent ticket categorization
• Improve LLM model results via vector search, document re-ranking, and hypothetical embeddings
• Develop LLM infrastructure for integrating various LLMs and monitoring performance
• Engage with customers to understand needs and improve product experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor
• Experience with LLMs and excitement to dive into them daily
• Proven impact in startup or smaller company environments
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in fast-paced settings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Golang
• Background in retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Familiarity with evaluation and logging systems for LLMs
