Description

You will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring efficient and safe building performance while supervising engineering staff and contractors. You'll coordinate preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Five to seven years of industry experience
• At least one year of supervisory or mentoring experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment condition
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Oversee service contractors and ensure compliance
• Supervise and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians
• Conduct building inspections and manage maintenance schedules
