Description

You will lead and mentor a team of engineers building Outschool's core learning platform, oversee development of discovery and personalization features, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive initiatives that make alternative education more accessible and engaging for families.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5-10 engineers
• Experience managing and growing senior/staff ICs and leads
• Performance management including conducting reviews and providing feedback
• Data-driven mindset with experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of discovery, personalization, and classroom features
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and data analytics on core initiatives
