Description

You will care for our residents by resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, and preserving the beauty and safety of the community. You'll work weekends and be on call for emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Preserve building beauty and community safety through general upkeep and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends, evenings, and on-call for after-hour emergencies
