🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for large-scale Federal opportunities.
• Drive proposal development across six practice areas and three business units.
• Coach and mentor proposal contributors to strengthen team capability.
• Build and manage schedules and contributors for multiple concurrent proposals.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Proposal Manager owning Federal proposal lifecycles.
• Led winning proposals for large, complex Federal IT opportunities.
• Translate solicitation requirements (Sections L, M, C) into compliant responses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Shipley or similar proposal methodologies.
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility.
