Description

You will play an important role in the rating process, working on fund investment and fund finance transactions such as feeder fund rated notes, CFOs, NAV facilities, and middle-market CLOs. You will assess and articulate the credit impact of deal structure, documentation, and other legal considerations, coordinating with rating analysts and participating in rating committees.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4-6 years post-qualification in feeder fund rated notes, CFOs, structured finance, or fund finance
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent research, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Reviewing financing documents and fund-level documents
• Identifying credit impact of transaction structures and deal documents
• Coordinating with rating analysts on legal issues
• Participating in rating committees
• Supporting analytical team with ratings and research reports
