💼 About This Role

You'll lead international market entry for Waymo's autonomous driving service. You'll orchestrate regional workstreams and drive regulatory compliance readiness. This role serves as the single source of truth during activation phases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily synchronization between global engineering and local operations teams.
• Serve as primary bridge between central teams and local realities.
• Manage end-to-end permit lifecycle and audit operational logs.
• Resolve execution bottlenecks as chief escalation point.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in market expansion, operations, or program leadership in mobility/AV/tech.
• 3+ years in operations or management consulting with fast-scaling clients.
• Proven success leading international market entries in regulated urban environments.
• Ability to navigate European regulatory frameworks and maintain relationships with municipal authorities.

• Experience leading go-to-market projects in top management consulting firms.
• Direct experience in the Autonomous Vehicle sector with L4 technology understanding.
• Background in overseeing physical setup of high-tech depots or EV charging hubs.
