Description

You will lead security engineering for corporate systems, designing and operating security controls at scale. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on technical work, collaborating with product security and cross-functional teams to drive risk reduction and improve security capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience
• 3+ years managing people and security engineering teams
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
• Software development experience in Python or Go

Responsibilities

• Develop a team with coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Own execution and prioritization of projects and operations using agile practices
• Design, build, and operate security controls and tooling at scale
• Define and maintain metrics to measure impact and guide investment
• Evolve corporate security capabilities including IAM, data security, and SaaS configuration
