You'll oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of real estate funds and investments, ensuring financial integrity from acquisition to disposition. You'll collaborate with portfolio management, valuations, tax, treasury, and auditors while managing fund-level financial statements, cash flow projections, and complex waterfall calculations. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse team on impactful community-focused projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review full-cycle accounting for assigned fund portfolio and investments.
• Prepare and review fund-level financial statements and lender reports.
• Calculate incentive allocations and performance returns using legal agreements.
• Assist with acquisition/disposition accounting and treasury functions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Experience with open and closed-end real estate fund structures.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi platform.

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 or public accounting experience.
• CPA certification.
• MBA, CFA, or other advanced designation.
