You'll supervise AOD Counseling staff at Amity Foundation's prison and re-entry programs. You'll ensure quality rehabilitative programming within the ISUDTP framework.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff members.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and training.
• Track contractor performance and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor counseling staff progress toward AOD certification.

📋 Requirements

• AOD Counselor certification from a DHCS-approved organization.
• Two years of experience as a certified AOD counselor.
