You'll manage end-to-end HR operations within a fast-paced Forex environment, supporting employee lifecycle activities and payroll. You'll drive HR process improvements and tool transitions to optimize efficiency. This role offers exposure to compliance-driven financial services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, and exits.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management with finance teams.
• Handle vendor management for payroll, benefits, and background verification.
• Support transition from existing HR tools to new systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in Forex or BFSI.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as GreytHR.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• High standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Post graduate qualification in HR or related field.
• Experience with performance management processes.
• Familiarity with labor laws in financial services.
