You'll manage the day-to-day performance of a supplies and tool rental operation at a large-scale onsite construction facility in Haskell, TX. You'll own all aspects from inventory replenishment to team performance, operating with the autonomy of a true general manager. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own operational performance including revenue and margin.
• Manage onsite tool rental fleet availability and condition.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and vendor relationships.
• Hire, onboard, and develop branch staff.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in tool rental, construction supplies, or industrial distribution.
• Demonstrated experience managing a location with accountability for results.
• Strong product knowledge across tool rental and industrial consumables.
• Inventory management experience with systems and replenishment.

• Prior experience in an onsite or jobsite supply model.
• Familiarity with large-scale construction project environments.
