💼 About This Role

You'll own core user experiences in Flow, an AI-native requirements platform that simplifies complex engineering work. You'll implement high-quality UI and integrate AI features to make systems engineering concepts feel intuitive. This role offers the chance to shape frontend architecture and work at the intersection of AI and engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own major user-facing surfaces in Flow v3 including requirements views and collaboration flows.
• Implement high-quality, accessible UI using modern frontend frameworks and component systems.
• Integrate AI features into the product to enhance engineer workflows.
• Partner with design and product to iterate on interaction patterns and prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building rich, data-heavy web applications with a modern frontend framework.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including component design and state management.
• A product mindset: thinking in user journeys and edge cases.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with design and product through iterations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working across the stack (e.g., refining APIs).
• Familiarity with Tailwind or utility-first styling.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in products.
