You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, helping them deploy and optimize AI/ML workloads on large-scale GPU cloud environments. You'll act as a trusted partner, scaling solutions while collaborating across sales, product, and engineering teams in a remote-first, international setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical advisor for strategic customers on AI/ML workloads
• Guide customers in designing scalable GPU cloud architectures
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align capabilities with client needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing cloud role
• Strong expertise in GPU computing environments and CUDA/OpenCL
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and cloud-native architectures

• Experience with distributed AI/ML systems or HPC orchestration
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or NVIDIA ecosystems
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
