💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership by providing an exceptional customer experience and training new recruits at a pop culture retailer. You'll help drive sales and daily operations while sharing your fandom knowledge. This role offers a chance to develop leadership skills in a fun, music and pop culture environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
