💼 About This Role

You'll lead a portfolio company with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance. You'll work closely with Everfield's central teams but operate with autonomy to shape the business. This role is ideal for leaders with experience running software companies in the €2M–€10M recurring revenue range.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute long-term growth strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams and inspire cultural alignment
  • Manage full P&L and drive revenue growth
  • Shape go-to-market model and customer retention

📋 Requirements

  • Prior experience as Managing Director, General Manager, or CEO in B2B software
  • Proven success leading a business with €2M–€10M recurring revenue
  • Full P&L accountability, including headcount and strategy

  • Experience in multi-site or multi-entity software company structures
  • Familiarity with decentralised models or platform support functions
