💼 About This Role

You'll own the search and retrieval infrastructure powering AI agents and LLM-based applications at Nebius. You'll drive search quality and product strategy end-to-end, from defining roadmaps to iterating based on real usage data. You'll engage directly with developer and enterprise customers to shape product-market fit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and roadmap for a core product area
• Improve search quality via evaluation frameworks and benchmarks
• Conduct customer discovery calls with enterprise and developer users
• Monitor competitive landscape for agentic search and AI retrieval

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in developer tools, API platforms, or search infrastructure
• Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent workflows
• Degree in computer science or related field
