In this role, you will partner with business units to identify inefficiencies, analyze key metrics, and drive data-driven decisions. You'll own insights generation for a major business area and present findings to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 2+ years experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights
• Strong communication skills with 5+ examples of presenting analysis to leadership
• 2+ years experience in SQL
• 2+ years in building robust data models

Responsibilities

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as first point of contact for Sr. Managers and Associate Directors
• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to non-technical colleagues
• Enhance operational and analytical dashboards as user needs evolve
• Identify opportunities to create models and tools to uncover healthcare inefficiencies
