Description

You will represent clients in criminal cases at all stages of litigation, conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court. You'll work directly with clients and be part of a supportive, innovative team dedicated to fighting for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of Criminal Defense experience
• Active with the AL Bar
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and manage a caseload

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal cases at all stages of litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other documents
• Assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and negotiations
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
