Requirements

• 1-2 years leading software engineering teams, 6+ years total experience
• Results-driven with focus on rapid iteration
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers
• Deep understanding of React/Angular, Postgres/MySQL, AWS
• Hands-on high-level design and design patterns

• Guide engineering teams through Agile incremental delivery with high quality
• Build scalable experiences and services using AWS
• Collaborate on technical roadmap and architectural integrity
• Foster a culture of integrity, trust, and continuous improvement
• Champion AI-native workflows, including coding assistants and LLM integration
