Description

You will work closely with special needs students to provide physical and emotional support, helping them gain full benefits from their educational placement. You'll assist in implementing instructional programs and behavioral plans under the direction of the supervising teacher and BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with instructional and behavioral tasks
• Implement self-help and behavior management programs
• Monitor student behavior during non-classroom time
• Implement behavioral plans designed by IEP team
• Provide information to appropriate school personnel
