💼 About This Role

You'll drive top-of-funnel growth by optimizing web funnels for a leading tech company's portfolio product, focusing on registration and payment conversion. Your core impact is launching product experiments daily and managing the full experiment lifecycle from ideation to decision. This role offers the chance to work in a high-velocity growth environment with end-to-end ownership of the experimentation pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and iterate on product experiments daily across the funnel.
• Own the experimentation backlog and full lifecycle.
• Write clear PRDs and experiment briefs for developers.
• Generate experiment ideas using UX research and data insights.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management and growth experience, with 3+ years in growth/product optimization.
• Proven track record optimizing B2C web funnels impacting CR, LTV, and CPA.
• At least 1 year in a high-velocity growth environment with daily/weekly experiments.
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end and proficiency with Mixpanel.

• B2B experience.
• Experience with GrowthBook or similar experimentation tools.
• Strong analytics skills with event tracking and data integrity.
