🎯 What You'll Do

• Build candidate pipelines via research, outreach, and market mapping
• Identify passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate profiles
• Track candidate activity using Greenhouse, Gem, and sourcing platforms
• Test and refine outreach messaging to improve engagement

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience with corporate or business roles
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research and sourcing tools
• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies
• Experience using sourcing tools like Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
