  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
  • Maintain 15-20 open requisitions simultaneously

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience hiring AI/Software Development/Hardware Engineering roles
  • Strong sourcing skills with creative techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
