- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
- Maintain 15-20 open requisitions simultaneously
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of recruitment experience in high-growth environments
- Proven experience hiring AI/Software Development/Hardware Engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills with creative techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
