Description

You will own the full growth strategy for Europe, building a world-class outbound machine from scratch and scaling it across multiple markets. You'll lead a team of 3, owning everything from data infrastructure and automation to inbound funnel optimization and performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • Mastery of outbound tools: Cargo, N8N, RudderStack, Clay, SimilarWeb
  • Experience with complex automation workflows (enrichment, routing, alerting)
  • Proficiency in data enrichment tools: Kaspr, Dropcontact, Hunter, Clearbit/Breeze
  • Multichannel sequences: email, LinkedIn, cold calling
  • ABM strategy: ICP targeting, segmentation, at-scale personalization
  • Email deliverability expertise
  • Technical growth skills: web scraping (Phantombuster, Apify, custom scripts), prompt engineering for LLMs, Salesforce or HubSpot pipeline dashboards, SQL
  • Inbound analytics: marketing automation (HubSpot, Brevo), paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), CRO (A/B testing, Hotjar)
  • Leadership: ability to set direction, inspire a team, and hold people accountable
  • Builder mentality: created outbound systems from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a world-class outbound machine from scratch across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
  • Design and own outbound strategy, repeatable playbooks, and technical infrastructure (data sourcing, enrichment, routing, sequences)
  • Own email deliverability, domain warm-up, and best practices
  • Integrate AI and automation tools (Cargo, N8N, Clay) for scale and personalization
  • Define SLAs and success metrics (SQLs, SAL rate, time to first meeting, pipeline contribution)
  • Lead improvement of SMB inbound funnel: enrichment, dispatch, conversion optimization
  • Build nurturing framework with Lifecycle Manager: events, triggers, workflows, content
  • Oversee paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO, and CRO initiatives
  • Own the 12-month growth roadmap aligned with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing objectives
  • Build and animate performance dashboards, run monthly/quarterly reviews
