💼 About This Role

You'll lead two mobile app teams building customer-facing Android and iOS applications, with end-to-end ownership of delivery. You'll drive technical direction, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment while fostering a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract providing maternity cover.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for building and leading software engineering teams in a product-oriented environment.
• Experience leading software development across multiple teams or technical domains.
• Good understanding of modern software architecture and engineering processes.
• Clear and fluent communication skills in English.
