You'll lead a team of 30 professionals and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior executives, shaping legal strategy during a period of rapid growth and complexity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise U.S. senior leadership on legal strategy and risk management.
• Lead commercial transactions, go-to-market strategy, and M&A.
• Mentor and develop a legal team of approximately 30 professionals.

• Collaborate with global legal leadership on IP, privacy, and governance.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Significant in-house legal experience at high-growth tech companies.
• Strong background in commercial contracting and revenue-generating agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to advise C-suite executives and lead teams in complex organizations.

• Prior General Counsel or seasoned Deputy General Counsel experience.
