💼 About This Role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, working with Engineering teams to fix bugs and evolve the product. Your work directly impacts customer success and helps enrich the Knowledge Base.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues
  • Troubleshoot SDK implementation issues with customer's app team
  • Collaborate with CSM, Product, Engineering, and Partners teams
  • Create and lead support improvement processes

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SQL or other querying languages
  • Experience in technical customer support with superior communication skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and ability to work independently

✨ Nice to Have

  • Mobile (iOS, Android) development/QA experience
  • Web / mobile marketing and digital advertising experience
  • Ability to integrate, test, and troubleshoot mobile SDKs
