You'll join Loadsmart's Financial Operations Team to enhance financial interactions between Shipper Sales and Carrier Procurement, reducing DPO and DSO. You'll handle exceptions, manage document workflows, and implement process improvements to ensure accurate settlement of financial transactions. This role is key to streamlining operations and reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and approve carrier payments
• Review carrier documentation for compliance with payable policy
• Resolve billing discrepancies with carriers
• Manage invoice settlement process from delivery to customer invoicing

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Background in freight brokerage industry
• 2+ years in general finance, accounting, or auditing
• Skilled in Excel and Google Workspace

• Experience with high-volume email management
• Knowledge of Days Payable Outstanding and Days Sales Outstanding metrics
