You'll be the face of Starlink, triaging and resolving customer issues across multiple channels. You'll analyze trends and design simple, effective support interventions to improve the customer experience. Join a scrappy early-stage team setting the tone for customer support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels.
• Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer within SpaceX.
• Surface product, process, and training issues using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center collateral.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of front-line customer support experience.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

• Excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills.
• Experience in training, analytics, or content management.
• Technical aptitude with networking or hardware troubleshooting.
