💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team of Luxe Market Managers across EMEA and APAC to grow Airbnb Luxe's supply portfolio. You'll set regional strategy, coach your team, and own results to ensure extraordinary homes meet quality standards. This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, and luxury market expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across EMEA and APAC
• Own end-to-end supply strategy for EMEA and APAC
• Champion Luxe brand and quality standards across the region
• Own regional business performance and cross-functional collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management
• 4+ years leading and scaling field-based teams
• Deep knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC luxury travel and real estate landscape
• Proven track record of meeting supply acquisition and revenue targets

• Experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the year
