You'll drive services sales for Extreme Networks in the Tokyo area, working with channel partners and end customers. You'll showcase new platforms and manage service solution pipelines to accelerate digital transformation. This role offers a transition from services sales engineering to account management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a quarterly prospect list and daily sales calls.
• Develop business for Professional and Premier Services.
• Provide end-to-end post-sales support to senior management.
• Prepare and present internal and external service reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in competitive sales environment.
• 10-12 years of services sales engineering or pre-sales experience.
• Experience managing complex service solutions in multi-vendor environment.
• Business fluency in English and Japanese.

• BS/BA/Engr degree or equivalent.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience in SAAS business.
