Description

You will lead JetBrains' local office in Shanghai, acting as the legal representative and ensuring compliance with local laws. You'll drive strategy, build external relationships, and oversee operations to support the company's growth in China.

Requirements

• Proven senior management experience in country or office leadership
• Experience in IT or software industry is a strong plus
• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance in China
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory director and legal representative duties for the local entity
• Represent the company in negotiations, contract signing, and official documentation
• Align local operations with corporate strategy and shareholder interests
• Ensure compliance with local labor, corporate, and tax laws
• Oversee financial performance and accounting processes in collaboration with CFO and CAO
