You'll provide legal support for a fast-growing product IT company in commercial, contract, corporate, IP, and compliance areas. You'll work with international jurisdictions and influence business decisions at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents
• Identify and assess legal risks across jurisdictions
• Develop product compliance in marketing, data privacy, payments
• Manage IP portfolio and corporate structures

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years legal experience in law firm or tech company
• Law degree from leading Ukrainian or foreign university
• Fluent English including legal document drafting
• Expertise in commercial, contract, IP, data privacy or compliance

• Experience with foreign law
• Participation in moot courts or academic research in English
