🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new English-speaking European markets
• Design marketing funnels for new traffic channels to improve conversion
• Identify and scale target user segments with personalized journeys
• Collaborate on improving the internal funnel-builder tool

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager
• Expertise in CRO and A/B testing with tools like GrowthBook or Amplitude
• Proven success running full hypothesis cycles from generation to statistically significant wins
• Experience with web funnels and cross-team work with UA and creative marketers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads channels
• English level B1+
