💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategic direction within Core Markets, scaling the product from $50M to $200M+ ARR. You'll define the long-term roadmap through research, market analysis, and evidence-backed cases. This is a high-impact IC role working directly with the CPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term product strategy for your Core Markets domain
• Turn customer and market signals into structured, rigorous business cases
• Collaborate with GTM to understand market dynamics and opportunities
• Identify and size the most impactful product bets for leadership
• Build business cases with TAM, revenue opportunity, and risk analysis

📋 Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level experience
• Structuring ambiguous problems into clear frameworks
• Strong business and commercial thinking connecting product to revenue
• Experience at both a large company and a startup
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian

• Background in management consulting followed by product
• Experience with international teams
• Previous role as a Principal PM or equivalent senior IC
