🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop collections specialists to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage aging reports, collections trends, and escalations for senior leadership.
• Approve credits, refunds, and third-party collection referrals within thresholds.
• Direct lien-related processes including notices, waivers, filings, and releases.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of collections experience including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data analytics).
