Description

You will act as the pivotal link between sales, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed, fulfilled efficiently, and delivered on time. You will use the ERP system for order entry, billing, and procurement coordination while maintaining excellent customer communication.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and customer-first mindset
• Strong proficiency in ERP system usage
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entry with zero tolerance for errors
• Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and carriers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter high volumes of customer sales orders into ERP system
• Generate, audit, and dispatch customer invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
• Initiate and track purchase orders, manage inventory levels and vendor relationships
• Monitor vendor production schedules and communicate lead times and delays
• Act as primary contact for order inquiries and conduct proactive follow-up calls
