💼 About This Role

You'll lead SEC reporting and technical accounting for a global payments company, owning Form 20-F and Form 6-K filings. You'll drive IFRS compliance and internal controls while supporting complex transactions. This role offers the chance to automate reporting processes in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and filing of Form 20-F and Form 6-K
• Manage SEC reporting calendar and ensure timely filings
• Review consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Design and maintain ICFR for reporting scope
• Drive automation initiatives in consolidation processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong experience in SEC reporting including Form 20-F
• Hands-on group consolidation in multinational environment
• Certified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
