💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture-driven retail brand. Your work will directly help eliminate hunger through our partnership with Feeding America. You'll lead a collaborative team in an operationally sound environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals with the Store Manager
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
