Description

As a Senior People Partner, you'll partner with senior leaders on org design, talent decisions, and complex people challenges. You'll own high-impact situations end-to-end, from employee relations to scalable people operations, helping leaders build capability and systems as the company scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in People Partnering or HRBP roles
• Proven success influencing senior technical leaders on org design and talent decisions
• Strong employee relations judgment handling complex situations
• Experience with compensation, promotions, and leveling in technical environments
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on org design, team structure, leveling, promotions, and compensation
• Own complex employee relations and performance situations end-to-end
• Build manager capability in feedback, performance, and talent decisions
• Partner with Talent to improve role design, leveling, and evaluation practices
• Identify and implement pragmatic improvements to people processes
