You'll build the world's best human-centric data lake for Synthesia's AI video platform. Your work will directly elevate model performance through high-quality datasets, and you'll influence long-term data strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines
• Engineer data features and annotations for model training
• Collaborate with model training teams to understand data needs
• Optimize data quality, curation, and evaluation workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of applied ML experience improving model performance via data
• Hands-on work with Generative AI data layer (images, video, audio)
• Excellent Python skills with clean, tested code
• Experience with workflow orchestration and large-scale data pipelines

• Experience with video or audio datasets
• Background in data-centric ML beyond model architecture
