You'll support global benefits invoicing and billing operations for KKR, working closely with Finance, Payroll, and external providers. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate invoice reconciliations and eligibility data management across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile global benefits invoices across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Maintain eligibility files and validate enrollment data in Workday.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and data.
• Assist with open enrollment and renewal cycles from a data perspective.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in billing and invoicing or finance operations.
• Strong analytical skills for financial reconciliation and data validation.
• Proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with benefits administration or HR systems.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of AI-driven process automation.
