💼 About This Role

You'll join the Enterprise Solution Science Team to apply cutting-edge ML to real-world marketing problems, developing enterprise AI agents end-to-end from problem definition to production deployment. You'll work on Marketing, Strategy, and Sales Agents that drive revenue and engagement, collaborating with product and engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape agentic AI products at a listed company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop enterprise AI agents end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product teams to define ML problems.
• Deploy models to production with ML engineers.
• Conduct offline/online evaluation and continuous optimization.

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related fields.
• Experience in machine learning or LLM through research or industry.
• Experience with LLM / agentic development including tool calling and AI protocols.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like Cursor or Copilot.

• Focus on quantitative metrics and systematic evaluation.
• Industry experience in MarTech and customer-centric products.
• Familiarity with context engineering or evaluation/testing workflows.
